1. Invoice Discounting
2. Merchant Finance (eCommerce)

About the job

invoizPAID currently enables SME's cash in their invoices within 72 hours. The key purpose for this job role is to maximize the revenue streams of the invoice discounting model and on-board lenders (private & institutional) unto the platform.
Key responsibilities:
  • To onboard & activate SME's who have invoices for blue chip companies
  • To provide a primary point of contact for new clients
  • To handle client inquiries and proposals in a timely and efficient manner
  • To manage and maintain existing relationships
  • To work with the finance & legal team to ensure the efficient processing of invoice discounting applications and completion of agreed facilities to include negotiation of terms and customer visits to conclude negotiations and to sign documentation
  • To use customer and prospect contact activity tools and systems and update relevant information held in these systems
  • To assist with the monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities
  • To communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable new business and sustainable relationships
  • To assist the other business developers as required and to contribute to the smooth running of the team
  • To be aware of the company values (KISKIL & Get Shit Done!) and carry out duties in accordance with these values
  • To undertake such other tasks as may be reasonably requested from time to time

Your profile

  • Strong business skills evidenced by a track record of managing similar roles
  • Two years or more experience in the Nigerian finance sector
  • Educated to (or equivalent) Bsc
  • Energy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Able to understand diverse business models and financial statements
  • Prepare invoice discounting proposals & presentations
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
